Through personalized and individualized support, our mission is to promote autonomy and independence, combat isolation and promote social integration and, in this way, enhance maximum autonomy, independence and quality of life.

Type of Care
This context makes it possible to integrate health care and establish Home Support Plans that can be translated into the following levels of service:
Continuing Care – These are interventions aimed at people with temporary disabilities and/or chronic illnesses, convalescents or dependents, provided with the aim of recovering autonomy and functionality, reducing periods of hospitalization and facilitating return and integration into the community.
Palliative Care – Consists of active, holistic support for people with serious, incurable or advanced illnesses, aimed at preventing and relieving physical, emotional and spiritual suffering, with the aim of improving the quality of life of the patient and their family.
